 3. 12th Mark-sheet.

 4. Birth Certificate in English.

 5. Passport.

 6. Transfer Certificate for 12th Standard.  

7. Police Clearance Certificate.

8. Bank Statement for last 6 months with 1 lakh minimum balance with Bank Manager    and Notary Public Signature & Seal (Both).

9. Finance Affidavit – I attached the model copy and It is Printed in 20 or 50 Rupees     Bond Paper & get notary public seal and sign.

10. Normal Passport size Photograph – 8 Copies.
